Do You Live In A "Bomb Train" Blast Zone?

Thread title of the year imo lol. The fact that this is happening needs some attention. Fucking nuts.

It’s estimated that 9 million barrels of crude oil are moving over the rail lines of North America at any given moment. Oil trains charging through Virginia, North Dakota, Alabama, and Canada’s Quebec, New Brunswick, and Alberta provinces have derailed and exploded, resulting in severe environmental damage and, in the case of Quebec, considerable human casualties. According to that map I am in ground zero. Deep, deep red. I watch the oil trains drive past my office every day and I commute along the same rail line. My office actually has trains on both sides. I cannot leave the location I am at without crossing train tracks. Home is safe but I would say that 90% of my waking day is spent in "bomb train" red zone.

One of these exploded the other day in West Virginia.

Yup, I'm sort of on the line between red and yellow.

I may survive!!!!

I'm firmly in the yellow

Live? No.

Work? Within 100 yards.

Jebus, how many train cars are there and how many explode a year?
