There were big talks about how people wanted Machida to move down and fight Weidman considering he is a stylistically bad match up for him. Personally, I would still favor Machida, but I feel a lot of people aren't so high on him anymore. 
I never thought Machida cutting to 185lbs was a great idea nor thought he'd beat Weedman.
