He looked great and I don't think it would have mattered where he was fighting, but has Fedor ever fought inside a cage and do you think it would change his style of fighting?
No doubt Couture would probably want there fight to happen in a cage, but I don't think that will be an option if the fight happens in Affliction

I've always said his style would tranlate really well to a cage. Good hands w/ good throws & trips from the clinch and has nasty gnp. I could see him backing guys to the cage often and allowing him to stuff a guy's head against the cage and then gnp is almost unfair imo.

Judging by last night's fight, it wouldn't have made any difference what whether it was a ring, cage, or a YAMMA pit. Outside on a gravel parking lot would have been fine too.
