Thinking about giving up on wearing a cup training. Seems like it causes more damage than helps. My cup moves and pinches my sack or even worse, clamps down on a ball at least once a month. I've gone through 3 different kinds of cups.
Do most of you wear a cup training. I'd do a poll if I was pro.

i wear one. i also use the nutsmash pass a lot, and anyone who complains i just tell them to wear a cup.
Lol at all the dangers of wearing on. Buy one that fits. Use the jock strap kind. The compression short ones suck. Once you put on the jock with the cup in, then put compression shorts or tight briefs over it do it stays in place.
Btw it only takes one good shot to ruin your life. Saw a guy take a knee through pass and it eviscerated his ball. He now has one

Stopped wearing one recently to get ready for a tourny that doesn't allow them. Can't finish some knee bars anymore. 
i was using a "spyder cup" cool concept based off an insect's shell (design), real flexible on the sides but, solid on impact (from top)

now...as much as i loved the flexibility of this cup., my main issue with it is, it's long in length and not as bulbous like a regular cup is, so, i went back w/ my cup that has rubberized sides (not as flexible as the spyder but isn't as long and more room for da junk).
Maybe I'll try some of these ones you guys are suggesting. The 3 different types I tried all came from local sporting goods stores. I use the compression shorts then throw a jock strap over.
Get a rupture due to someone smashing your groin with a knee sliding up the middle of halfguard, spend 5 hours in the ER with a sac swollen like a black grapefruit the next day and then have urologist tell you that if you want to keep the other one that you should think about wearing one

also i think its plain ridiculous not to allow cups in tournaments. that is the single most fucked up unsafe rule ive ever heard... reap the knee? DQ smash someone unprotected balls? no prob bob.
Nearly one in a thousand people (in the US) die an accidental death each year. Yet somehow I venture outside of my bubblewrap, walk down my stairs, over my slippery tile, outside, and into my car, driving to my BJJ school, sometimes, even in the rain. Bad things can happen, but I'll take my chances.
Never wear it over the compression shorts. It will slide. Jock strap with cup and compression shorts over it

I used to, but taking the back took its toll on my soldier and I prefer without now. And I can never find one small enough for my pathetic penis.
Groin shots are a rarety for me, plus it helps to prep for a comp without one.

i guess my balls have been accustomed to getting smashed. I used to wear a cup but was more annoying than anything. I did get kicked really hard in the dong by a heal.
