I’ve been getting this annoying banner at the bottom of my screen when I try and create a thread and sometimes when I reply to a thread. I’m unable to minimize or get rid of it. It blocks the [Create Topic] box. WTF is it? “The Publisher Desk” How do I get rid of this?
