It's a known fact that most OGers warm up by benching 600 lbs for 15 reps but is there anyone here who doesn't lift heavy and uses mostly lighter weights and doesn't care about what their max is, or maybe their max IS a low weight and doesn't care to lift more?
If you use lower weight then lift till you can't lift any more
I do fifteen 'air pushups' on my back before a lot of stretching.
Then I put on my make up and get on with my day.
I haven't maxed in 9 years
I don't see the point, personally, as I'm not competing and typically lift without a spotter
I just try to progressively increase, either reps or weight, each week
I do heavy squats every time I stand up because by dick is so big that it qualifies as heavy weight every time I have to stand up.
I also do heavy shoulder shrugs every time I take a leak because my dick is so big that it qualifies as heavy weight when I'm trying to shake it in order to get the last drops of urine out of my urethra.
I just do bodyweight exercises.
Fuck risking injury lifting super heavy.
As long as it keeps me fit, it's good enough!
6' and 160 pounds here. I haven't lifted heavy in years. I've just started to because I want about 15 pounds. But once I get that. (6 to 9 months) I'll go back to lighter weight and just staying in shape.
I think people need to work with what they have. Not everybody is gonna bench 300 pounds. I'm not built for it naturally, so why fight it? I stay in good shape and the womenz don't complain.
I can never do more than one cock push up.
I don't lift anymore. Just pull ups and like body squats to.
Saucepans are pretty heavy. Do they count?
I just can't gain size!?
I don't lift at all ... 100% cardio for me.
I should. I just don't.
I by no means lift heavy but I do lift about 2 times a week and do body weight exercises throughout the week. I weigh around 163 and max out around 265 on bench. I lift by myself so I don't push myself as hard as I could. I don't fancy getting stuck with a bar on my chest and where I lift letting the weights slide off is not a good option.
Bartholomew P Skibbenheims III - I don't lift at all ... 100% cardio for me.Lol me too
I should. I just don't.
Rouseys mole -Lol body squats are where you put a team mate on your back and do squat s? Did I miss something and that became really easy for everyone? I squat quite a lot lol.caseharts - I don't lift anymore. Just pull ups and like body squats to.
Glad to know you're a fucking women and do body squats.
As I get older I try to concentrate on flexibility as well as strength.
Old bodies start getting brittle and your joints start to get tight so that's what I'm concentrating on.
Body weight exercises only
Push ups, pull ups. Leg raises, squats, bridges and hand stand pushups.
I lift extremely heavy weights, but I've constructed an ingenious system of levers and pulleys so that effort is negligible.
