Does Anyone Play Older FPS games anymore?

I'm Talking about:

-Rainbow 6 Rogue Spear

-Duke Nukem

-Doom

I imagine steam has them? (I haven't played on pc forever. Game consoles only)....I am leaning on going back to pc for the sole purpose of Age of Empires as well.

I think they released or are about to release a refresh of Age of Empires II

When they came out with the Halo Remastered collection I had a good time.

Now I just play Rocket League. I’m weirdly obsessed with this game.

i replayed Hexen a while back. it was fun getting back into it. i have a rom of Descent waiting for me to run through when i have the time.

Age of empires 2 definitive edition has been out for a bit, been playing with some friends and having tons of fun. Also got back into Warcraft 3 recently and it’s tons of fun

Check out Dusk and Project Warlock

If it has multiplayer I might pick one up

Your post made me google new RTS games and disappointingly I read into a post where people said AOE,Starcraft, and Warcraft are still the pinnacle of the genre. I've been out of video games for 15 years but would jump back in if something was truly compelling.

It does. Plus a brand new episode made by the original director.

I'd like to replay Jedi Knight but I've heard it's rough on modern PCs.

Also I haven't played it yet but there's a fan-made remake of Half-Life called Black Mesa that finally had an official release after like 10 years in development. Valve is totally supportive of it because they're just cool like that.

I just got Metal Gear solid for PS1 beat Sons of Liberty earlier this year and figured I'd go back and play the one before it, it's 3rd person but still an older shooter/stealth

Yeah there's like 3 or 4 servers that get enough players for a good game. Usually picks up in the evenings.

I have so many memories of playing duke3d. Such a unique game for the time.

anyone remember Rise Of the Triad? Used to play that one a lot.

Great game. Would be the best FPS I've played in years but I played Titanfall 2 a few months later and I think I liked it even more.
