Was thinking the same thing regarding Masvidal if Edwards wins. If leon wins, he should definitely call out Jorge. Masvidal will look like chicken-shit if he turns down that fight.
If Masvidal, then beats Edwards, he definitely deserves a title shot. If Leon wins, then he does as well, but not sure how competitive it will be compared to his first fight with Usman.

Well, Masvidal & Edwards already fought, Leon just forgot to put them up, yeah he won last night, but I just wasn't that impressed with him, he had size over RDA and wasn't close to putting him away, he threw a couple of good elbows that cut RDA and changed the direction of the fight, but I was expecting him to take control and that never really happened,
He will never get Usman on the ground and control him, but he may get a punch in that can take him out. I see Usman malling him the whole fight. He'll be fighting backwards worrying about the takedown, and that's not going to get it done.

No, like most champions he's injured as soon as he'd won the belt. Needs to take time off to heal up all the injuries he's had for the last 10 years. It's weird you can fight through them when you're a challenger, win the belt, you're automatically inferm. Or Max fucking Holloway and take on all comers!
