Great idea. I totally support it. Absolutely necessary.
Change the weights to 130 145 160 175 195 215 and above. I like 215 it would let guys like Fedor and Cro Cop cut weight if they chose to do so and would eliminate a lot of weight cutting.
Terrible idea. A large number of quality HWs could make 205...they most likely don't because it's a harder division. Why dilute the most diluted weightclass in fighting more?
