I would guess not. Judges and refs are probably contracted like the other cage officials, so they would not be subject to employee testing.

 i dunno about the NSAC but the CSAC really should... espically since they made a big deal about barnett, diaz and sherk and their test issues.  kinda funny how the CSAC spent all that time making barnett, diaz and sherk look bad with little petty press releases about who missed a test or who failed a test.. when they themselves are being investigated for corruption and key board members were basically forced to resign....

it should be CSAC, because it was CSAC appointed judges for UFC 104.
