When hold a stick, should your dominate hand be on top or bottom? I seen both, but which is better?
First off its dominant, not dominate. Dominate is a verb, to dominate.
The answer is whatever feels natural. Most right handed people will shoot left handed having their dominant hand higher on the shaft. Most right handed people golf right bat right and play hockey left handed. This isn't always the case, but is by far the majority.
Another interesting tid bit is Canada has way more left handed golfers per capita than other nations, most likely due to playing hockey and holding a stick that way.

Thats very true. A Nike rep told me they had to ship something like 5 times as much left handed clubs to Canada over the US.

i can do right or left with hockey.......nothing else though.
I usually use my right hand. I sit on the left and when it falls asleep it becomes "the stranger"
