Damn, Champ. Recover safely Phone Post

He should not be coming back to fight a killer like Barao right away after such a long lay off.

Holy shit! Phone Post

Barao is gonna beat him.

Wow that looks unreal Phone Post 3.0

Yea we know that. But their is no way that it would compress his leg that much. Hes lost a significant amount of muscle.

Diazed And Confused - That's a compression wrap, it adds to the whole "deflated" look. Phone Post 3.0

His training partners' physiques are also suffering from this long layoff.

lol, yeah, and add on there that it is black and dark colors make things look smaller (my estrogen fashion tip of the day).  There's definitely atrophy, but it visually looks worse in that pic than it probably is.

I will have the utmost respect for him as a fighter if he comes back and the Barao fight is very close even.  Not even saying winning, just competitive.  He last fought October 1, 2011. That's a hell of a layoff and Bahow is a killer.  The odds should be against him, but I will be rooting for Cruz.  He's really good in-studio, so he's accomplished being a world champ and if he doesn't regain it(or however it works with the interim stuff), he's still in a great spot.  He may be not happy with that, but in terms of employment and achievements, he's done great.

Lol, nice. Phone Post 3.0

Man, he should relinquish title and have some easier fight for comeback. Fighting killer like Barao after two year layoff and two major surgeries on your knee is bad career move.

I just hope he can comeback 100%, but i doubt that.

Shogun was never the fighter he was before multiple surgeries, and Cruz's fighting is much more dependent on movement than Shogun's is.

Wasting looks significant, though his left leg is more front on and the right has more of a profile view. Hard to really compare. Phone Post 3.0

still in pretty great shape regardless.

I've had knee surgery before and this happens. After physical therapy his bad leg will be stronger than his good one. No need to worry Phone Post 3.0

Did some one shop Jones's leg on there? Phone Post
