Can't remember if this was ever discussed, but I happen to rent
Godzilla:The Final Wars the other day and noticed Don Frye on the list
of credits. Not only is he in it, but he has a major role in the movie.
Other fighters in the movie were Gary Goodridge, Ray Sefo and
Nobuaki Kakuda.
Horrible acting, but Godzilla flicks still rule. Can't beat the old school
guy-in-monster-costume fight scenes.
And yes, i'm a total Godzilla loser for renting this.
