Donald Cerrone vs. Charles Oliveira now maincard.

Injuries to fighters don't always lead to lesser quality fights in their place, and at times it can make for an even better fight winding up on the card than originally planned.

Case in point: Donald Cerrone vs. Charles Oliveira at UFC on Versus 5.

The fight originally scheduled for the card in Milwaukee was an interesting preliminary card bout between John Makdessi and Paul Taylor. When Makdessi dropped out with injury, Cerrone stepped in, and when Taylor then pulled out, Oliveira stepped up.

Now, the UFC has officially moved the new fight from the preliminary card to the televised main card broadcast on Versus, which is headlined by a welterweight bout between Dan Hardy and Chris Lytle.

The fight likely to be a casualty of the move is a middleweight bout between C.B. Dollaway and Jared Hamman. The full card takes place from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wis. Phone Post

maybe this will light a fire under cowboy's ass and we will see an attempt to finish..........

Sweet Phone Post

Awesome fight! Do Bronx is the man.

Infamous Ed- Did something happen to the main event???

^No, I think it's because he doesn't really think Hardy and Lytle are worthy of main event status, Hardy coming of 3 losses and Lytle coming off a loss. Phone Post

As it should be.
