It’s a slow burn. Basically a heist movie/ cop movie. Gritty. Lots of cop dialogue. And when it comes on, it comes on hard and fast. A fair amount of ultra violence. I don’t want to spoil anything, but there is some strangeness in this movie I would like to know more about.

No. Not really. Maybe if Heat was done by an independent director with a low budget.

Great description here, the movie has great replay value because of this strangeness…

This tackles cancel culture / political correctness / race relations. This movie manages to put you in the shoes of the characters effected in the events of this flick good, bad and innocent.

I enjoyed…plus, I want Mel to be fully uncancelled so I watch everything he’s involved with.

Any Hollywood that focuses on good stories and movies and not woke gets my dollar. The left went so crazy Tom cruise is back to being one of the good guys.

Been meaning to watch it. Isn’t it by the guy who did Bone Tomahawk?

Which is excellent. Even without the crazy shit at the end. Just as a standard western, it’s great.

yes, I literally just recommended this and brawl in cell block 99 to someone both kinda slow at points but very violent and good acting

Good but no “brawl is cell block 99” or “bone tomahawk” two of the best movies this millennium.

It’s a crime that zahler isn’t making a 100 million studio action movie every year
