easy way to cut 6 lbs by saturday?

what would be the easiest way to do this... do i have enough time to do it somewhat gradually during the course of the week? or should i just cut it the night before/morning of weighing in?

i need to weigh 159.9 or less and currently weigh 165

Are you 165 first thing in the morning before breakfast and after a piss?

I'm teaching tomorrow and I can help you with this. 6lbs is nothing. Start now by drinking a good amount of water. 1 gallon today and tomorrow and then we will talk tomorrow. Easy on the food.

i do the tuna and water diet for about 2 days. prolly gonna wanna get some greens in you. and hyper hydrate. at least a gallon a day. that way if you need to sweat ouit weight it'll be real easy. when your body is allways hydrated it's easier to sweat than when you dehydrate yourself for days. also no cutting clothing before thursday at the earliest. if you keep draining all your water, your body will retain more.

at least that's what i do, haven't missed weight yet.

thats what i started doing yesterday for the most part, instead of the usual taco bell or something equally shitty, i ate an apple, a yogurt and a granola bar for lunch

make sure your eating real small meals every 2 to 3 hours, that way your metabolism stays up

I weighed myself this morning when I woke up. Took a dump and then weighed myself agin. 1.5 lbs lighter. True story.

Wife's cousin is getting married on Saturday so I doubt I'll be there. Not healed completely yet anyway so I can't compete. I'll probably teach Saturday for those not competing.

Lots of water, night before get in the sauna or hottub without rehydrating afterwards.

You will float a lb or two while you sleep and throughout the course of the day before the weigh ins (assuming the weigh in is later in the day)
