Ed Ruth vs Yaroslav Amosov 2/21

Amosov is 22-0, Ruth 8-1.

Biggest fight of both mens careers.

Winner should be looking at a Rory/MVP/Larkin/Gracie fight. Loser could face Koreshkov.

WIth Storley and Daley around as well, the top ten in Bellator is interesting.

Lets see if Lima gives Larkin a title shot if he beats Nakamura at Bellator Japan.

Gracie vs Kunimoto on 12/21.

Can't forget 6-0 Joey Davis coming up the ranks either.

I assume he takes a step up in comp in 2020. Maybe fights Jason Jackson, Wallhead, Brooks, etc...

Fortune is on the Ruth card as well vs Johnson. Should be all Fortune. Moldavsky vs Ayala as well as Jury vs Girtz. On the prelims Kevin Lee's brother is fighter Shawn Bunch, no easy fight.Chris Brennan's son Lucas is on the prelims too.

I don't understand his management this dude is 8-1 one and the combined record of his last 3 oppennts has been 40-13. When he fights this guy that'll be 62-13.

HE'S AND 8  FREAKING 1!  even if he wins too much too soon imo.

Fortune is the Future of All HW promotions!

Tyrell Fortune is the only fighter outside the UFC who can walk into the UFC and be top 10!

Only fighter who can change a division if he signs with them

Easy walk in the park for a PFL 1 million!

Bellator and Scott will not re sign him.

.because tbey are cluless!

Minakov and Moldavsky could also enter the UFC and be top ten.

Gaston Bolanos (5-2) returns on this card after his huge upset loss by sub in his last fight. He fights a guy named Solo Hatley (7-2) whose only loss in his last 8 fights was to Austin Lingo, who will be fighting on the upcoming UFC 247 card, so this isn't a gimme fight for Bolanos, at least on paper.

Also, Kyle Crutchmer, former NCAA All American wrestler, goes for his 6th win in 6 fights against an opponent, Scott Futrell (11-9), who appears to have been hand-picked. Futrell has been finished in each of his last 3 fights. Crutchmer looks like a genuine prospect, though. He trains at AKA, for what it's worth.

This is a surprisingly solid Bellator card, especially considering it's one of their casino cards.

I'll try to catch the Bolanos fight too.

Thanks for the Crutchmer reminder, I have not seen him fight yet.

Yeah this card is ok, I'm a huge fan of this main event and I'm a huge Moldavsky/Team Fedor fan so interested in that fight a lot. Johnson will have nothing for Fortune.

7-0 HW Steve Mowry on this card as well.

Full card from tapology:

Bellator 239 Quick Card

JW Kiser is the meat packer worker that was 1-1 when he fought Jake Hager and got to attend the pre-fight presser with the media. FRB gave him some shine and so did some of the media.

He went 4-0 last year and is back in Bellator.

How can you not cheer for the guy?

Ayala/Moldavsky intrigues me.

No idea why Fortune is getting a gift here.

Gaston Bolanos wayyyy down at the bottom, hmmmm…

Looks like another finish-heavy card.

Rudy KO's Mowry! And, in the first 3 min!

After the Hager fight he went on a tear in the regional promotions the rest of 2019, finishing all 4 of his opponents by (T)KO in the first round. One of them even had a winning record.

Bellator seems to love to sign wrestlers (legit ones), and Kiser's opponent is another example of that. Kiser fights Davion Franklin, who will be making his pro debut. Franklin was a solid high school and collegiate wrestler and he has been training at Jackson-Wink for about a year. It might be an interesting fight, if Franklin decides to stand and bang with Kiser rather than trying to take the fight to the mat.

Bellator has done shit job lately 'grooming' their fights, imho
