Eddie Bravo Vs. Leo Viera Metamoris 4

Since that was the next match at ADCC it would be interesting to see if Eddie HAS gotten so much better how his BJJ would fare against the man who beat him ten years ago.

I want to see this match Phone Post 3.0

Uh, why? Leo Vieira is a legend and about the worst style match-up that Eddie could ever possibly have. Leo beats him 99 times out of 100. I doubt even Eddie would dispute this. It's completely stupid and pointless to even talk about this match.

Would love to see it.

Bro,

Leo Vieira is still competitive with the current competitors. I doubt it would be a worthwhile contest. Leo came in second in ADCC 2011.

exactly ... just makes sense. Eddie was only a brown then so would be perfect to really see the evolution of his game

plus his next opponent will be very focused on the HG and lockdown so interesting to see what other elements of his game eddie brings

Leo is over a decade younger. Phone Post 3.0

Leo is not a decade younger, he's 38 years old. Born March 23 1976 which makes him 5 years younger than Eddie. That's less than the age difference from Royler.

First off I don't know how to post pics.

I'm curious if anyone else has notices how much Jacare has changed. He is completely shredded now. He was always muscular, but his definition has really changed. Similar to Vitors. Look at Vitor when he fought Terry Martin or Hendo, and compare his build to his physic now. Look at Jacare when he fought Mousassi and then him at yesterday's weigh ins.

One of the things that made the match-up with Royler so good is that Royler is ultra old-school and Eddie is the complete opposite. Everything else aside, on a purely technique level, that contrast  made for a great match. With Leo that would be missing.

I for one would like to see this match. In ADCC 2003 (I think), Leo won on points.

In a submission only competition, it might be interesting.

Besides, it will be a straight one off match. Eddie won't be tired from beating freaking Royler Gracie the match before.

John Frankl - Would love to see it.

I'd watch it if it happened.
