Wow, we had a great turnout. 25 people from Edmonton and surrounding areas took part today.

I had a lot of fun with the guys and it looked like everyone picked up some of the great skills layed out by Troy and I.

Good work ethic,

Good control of techniques,

and a Great attitude made today a memorable event.

The next workshop is set for Feb 26, Sat at the same time 1-5:30pm and we'll build off what we did today.

We had an exhibition MMA fight that went well, and looks like a few guys are up to doing it next time too. We might get 3-5 matches.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out again and hopefully a few new ones too.

Our guys had a lot of fun and are looking forward to the next one.

Please commend everyone from your club on the respect they showed us, and making us feel welcome. You are obviously doing a great job in teaching respect and bushido honor.
