This is totally correct. People that take the time to actually read the Snowden archive, and begin to understand the scope of the NSA surveillance apparatus, generally start to view him as a hero.
Anyway, if security is a concern of yours, use the Signal app:

Ron was unique in that he stuck to his principles and didn't budge to play the political game. He got a lot of respect and a huge following but he was dead in the water. If you don't play the game you aren't getting anywhere near the presidency. If you don't win then you can't affect any change. Rand tried to compromise a bit hoping to get further than his father. It was a worthy attempt.

Let's completely ignore that the NSA hasn't denied one single leak he has revealed. Their only response is anonamous admissions from them that they want him dead. But I'm sure every criminal wants the same of the detective that catches them red handed.
