Looks like a good place to start training since I'm moving to Folsom. Any one know or been there? Have any background info?
Everything seems nice and legit. Can't get ahold of any one for pricing though, probably drive in this week. 
Eliot is top notch, both as a bjj player and as a person. One of the nicest guys I've ever met.
There is also Checkmat in folsom. They just opened a new location that is pretty sweet. Eli, the instructor, is also a great guy and great coach. They have the Vieira Bros coming through a few times a year.
