Last night while training, my arm got caught at a weird angle. I didnt feel that I was in any trouble of being sub'd but all the sudden my elbow popped (really loud) and I felt it shift slightly. This morning its really sore. The muscle and tendons around above and below are very tender and hurts to the touch. Any advice, other than 'go to the doctor". Not an option for me at this time. Thats a last resort. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the advice. The pain is not as bad as it was saturday and sunday. I have been eating motrin and using icy hot like its going out of style.
