Well the cold pressed kind is pretty good, its kind of messy and the people at PETA get upset (the pressing makes quite a ruckus), but it does work better than fish oil. I like it better than Biofreeze also. If you are going to eat it instead of use it for external pain releif like your supposed to, I would say its a bad idea.

I personally dont eat any EMU products.. no reason why, just cant get around the name.
Is emu oil compatible with condom use? Cheaper then astroglide?
