Not drugs or favorite coffee.

Just an honest chat about what one does to boost energy.

Sleep jogging make a huge difference for me.


Big thing for me is consistently getting 7+ hours of sleep per night. 

I am not good about this, but when my diet is really dialed in, I feel like $1000000. 

for me, that just means keeping carbs anywhere from 50 to 150g per day.
