i currently sprint 10x 100m Mon & Fri (sprint 100m, walk back to start), Wed is 1x 800m 2x 400m 3x 200m & 5x 100m runs (each final 100m is done near max effort), Tues is a 5km run & Thursday is a 10km ride after my leg workout - Should i do more? I dont think i can ever have enough cardio but i dont know where the above stands. I want to get in competition shape for a 3x 5min MMA fight.
Also, any recommended exercises i can do to make the sprint session tougher (im thinking sets of sprawls before walking back to the start line?) or should i just do more of them ie. 15x 100m sprints?
