Enson, Can you say hello to Egan for me.. I met him a few years ago in Boise, Idaho playing raquetball. Back when we both had hair. You are both awesome fighters!!Thanx... Tom Supnet...Click Here => PrimalTribeFighting.com
Nickk: Frank and I never siad anything to each other. We just so happened to glance at each other at the exact same time.
krome: You guys do know that I'm retired huh? Well again, if I was fighting it would have to be S_L_A with the least rules as possible.
Enson, I just watched a tape of "Rites of Passage".
I was a fan of yours before watching the tape, and I'm an even bigger fan since. You exemplify the "warrior spirit" that a lot of fighters claim to have. Peace to you and your family.
djones: Thanks for being my fan. With out fans, there wouldn't be fighters.
Enson the red headed American Version of Plick and pluck say's hellow. Hope things are going well for you. Trevor Lally.
Enson --
I have always respected you and your brother as fighters. But two events earned my respect as people. First, I met Egan at Abu Dhabi this past year. He's just a down to earth guy - talented and likeable.
But the class and humility you demonstrated after your fight with Igor should be required viewing for any young fighter. You epitomized what all fighters should aspire to be -- passionate and respectful. I made my son watch your speech and it was a valuable lesson.
Good luck with your future. I hope to have the priviledge of meeting you some day.
Peace,
Darryl
Rich: Starting BJJ and boxing at the same time is great. I wish I did.
BJ, like Baret, trained like BJJ was some kind of drug. You don't get good like Baret and BJ with out a lot of sacrifices and alot of hard work.
I really don't clearly understand your injury so I don't want to give you no advice. Consult your doctor and ask him which movements are safe for you and go from there.
Anything is possible. Look at Randy 38 and kicking ass.
Post your email address my friend.
jbapk: I think the important criteria when judgeing a fight is damage, control of the fight, and aggression in that order. I don't agree on fights going the distance becoming a draw. Takada vs Milcrop, Rumina vs Lewis I.
I feel the ADCC is definitely a very respectable association. However I do IMO believe that they favor the BJJ fighteras just a bit.
Drift: Yuck!! Yes that's me when I was playing racquetball.
nice pic! =)
Wonder how many other guys in various sports coulda been champs in MMA...I outa to scout the squash team for the wrestling team =)
GreatCorholio: I like to hang out at a bar called Lanai. It's one of my friends bar and it is underground. John Lewis, Chuck Liddell and Brian Johnston, cruzed with me at Lanai before. Refael hooked up so we were hanging out for just a little bit. He's a stud.
GH: I do not cosider myself a JJ fighter but instead a MMA fighter with a BJJ base.
GC: Lanai is a closed bar only for people in the family. Mowtown, Solid Gold, Private Eyes, Gas Panic, may be worth checking out.
