Love this Japan poster... that Lesnar / Overeem is really not good though.
Weird side-by-side mugshot pictures and there is no real dominant element in the entire design... your eyes just kinda bounce around when you look at it. Almost looks more like an exercise in kerning and typography than an actual production poster.

It seems like they should have done more for the Japanese fans.
I also haven't really looked too closely at the undercard yet so I may be wrong.
I really just DON'T.FUCKING.GET. why the UFC's promotional material is always GOD.FUCKING.AWFUL. and yet with just a little effort they can churn out stuff like this and the Penn/GSP poster that's much more visually appealing.
Are they scared the casual fan thinks this is a gay porn or something? Brock and Overeem mean mugging sells the PPV better than an eye catching poster that at least has people looking at it long enough to understand what it is?
Very nice poster. Not epic but a step above the usual ones the UFC makes.
The UFC "creative" team needs to really step their game up and produce some eyecatching pieces. The Lesnar vs. Overeem one looks so plain. It really had potential and shoulda been a lot better. The Pride posters were something else...almost works of art.
The UFC 94: GSP vs. Penn special edition poster is still, by far, the best the UFC has produced.
Does anyone in Japan know who Edgar or Henderson are?
