Alright so back in july of 2010 I went to the ER for testicular pain. The doctor basically told me I have epididymitis and stuck me on doxycycline. I took that for 20 days....did nothing. Saw a urologist and he put me on ciprofloxacin...did that for 10 days....nothing. The pain eventually died down to where it would just bother me a little bit but my left nut would still ache from time to time. Last week the pain got worse and now it's extremely painful. I'm on sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim) now for another 30 days.
For a little backround info...I'm married and my wife is preg. so she has been though the STD check shit as have I. I've had urine tests done and the only thing that was abnormal was the fact that I had a lot of protein in my piss. Ultrasounds are fine...the epididymis itself isn't even swollen. No infection....no swelling....no discharge....just pain for 6 months. Getting a little worried.
Anyone had experience with this shit?

But my balls were huge so I showed them to everyone and that was pretty cool. 
I've had MAJOR problems in this area for almost 10 years now ... So I have a feeling my post will do nothing to ease your mind. I started with the same diagnosis, but nothing would treat it, so they figured that it might be something else. (Military Doctors blowing a diagnosis ... Go figure.) Then one Urologist suggested it could be a Varicocele, which can be easily fixed by surgery. During the operation, the Surgeon nicked my Genito-Femoral Nerve and I awoke to EXCRUCIATING pain, 100x's worse than I was experiencing before. Since that point I have had DOZENS of Nerve-Blocks, pain injections, daily doses of Gabapentin and I even had a Neuro-Stimulator implanted in my lower back after I left the Military to try to help ease some of the pain. Never did figure out what caused the pain to begin with .....

Yeah, it only lasted about a week but I couldn't even sit down because the slightest pit of pressure was miserable
I've had it before and I feel your pain bro. Has your doctor told you about AZO? It helps a lot with any discomfort, and there's other anti biotics. Lots of fucking cranberry juice, fluids, and AZO (which is now over the counter). It turns your piss orange.
