Erik Paulson makes his long anticipated return to Michigan with a seminar at the JKD Gym in Madison Heights February 28-29th, 2004.
Erik is the former World Light-Heavyweight Shootwrestling Champion having been undefeated in Shooto Japan. In his twenty plus years in the martial arts he has trained with such noted instructors as the Machado Brothers, Rickson Gracie, Larry Hartsell, Yori Nakamura, Gene Le Bell and others.
Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling combines Judo, Freestyle Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling with techniques and submissions from Shootwrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo and Catchascatchcan. Erik is a virtual encyclopedia of leg locks!
This seminar will feature training Grappling and Stand Up skills for both Submission Wrestling and No Holds Barred Events.
