It's a misconception that'll you'll gain major weight eating meat. Think adkins diet, you don't really put on weight other then cramming your stomach full of food. You eventually poop it out. :P

Chickenhearts are chewy -- I don't really know why people like them. I'll eat them but I don't think it's anywhere near as good as skirt steak.
