I was thinking bowl, as in Marijuana paraphernalia. 

After watching, I would hate to get in front of that thing. I was expecting the pins to explode.

At Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh, there is a similar robot that shoots basketball. It has a running side by side scoreboard… the robot vs humans. People can walk up and shoot against it, but the robot is always way ahead.

There is another that you can play in air hockey. I’m pretty damn good at air hockey, and I’ve only scored on that fucker once in probably 50 tries.

I'd love to see some AI used on it. Give it the basics of bowling as parameters, and let it figure out how to bowl best. I wonder how consistent it could be, and how good it can get

I was thinking of this as well.  It would eventually have to compensate for oil getting pushed around the lane.

That's what really interests me. How quick will it recognize and adapt. If you put it on a different lane, how quick will it change based upon the change in ball behavior, etc

Are you saying they're all fake? I don't know about the one where it throws the ball, but I don't see any reason to think the ones where it bowls normally is fake

The first one is fake (CGI) but the other video is real…
