When I worked at an office if seemed like almost everyone there was a sociopath and would trash anyone and everyone thry could if it made them look good.
Skillrules -A lot of it, especially the quick, dramatic swings from like to dislike (splitting) sound like borderline personality is a possibility. You can see the characteristics online and see if they describe her behavior. It can help to know exactly what you are dealing with and then not be caught off-guard as easily be them.
And it's really good advice to just keep a simple file and document everything crazy she is doing with the time and date.If someone comes to you complaining about her, tell them we have a problem and to document the behavior also.
I was thinking of saying this. I’ve lived with a borderline, and I’ve lived with a sociopath. This person really sounds more like a borderline.
Grab her by the pussy. She wants to feel your sting.
You sound like a smart guy. Frame that bitch with something good.
Some application developer at my company that one of my colleagues has worked with sent out an email last year to a wide distribution group talking about evil and child predators and things like that that made it seem like he was having some sort of schizoid or bipolar episode. He worked in a different building from us, but if I sat near him Id be a little concerned about him having some sort of meltdown. Never found out what if anything happened with him.
Girth Brooks -StinkMonket -Yep, he just got 228 years from the Tulare court in CA
More deets, please
Guy was a master manipulator and had everyone believing he was a great guy. He was a Pentecostal minister and also ran one of our warehouses. Just got convicted sexual impropriety’s with four girls I believe two of them were under 12. 228 years in prison. Hopefully at the first prison riot he will get what is due to him
Many managers and leaders in business have psychopathic traits. This doesn’t mean they are psychopaths but on the contiuum towards that. But there are also many psychopaths. REsearch estimates between 2 to 6% (varies depending on region, culture, etc.) are actually psychopaths. If you’ve worked in corporate America then you’ve definitely encountered full blown psychopaths whether you knew it or not.

In my 16 years working in corporate I met all kinds of psychos.
There was a guy that would do anything to win any useless office competition including falsifying data and whatnot. I'm talking for something like a $200 giftcard and a mug lol.
The guy was crazy, once he locked on someone and he wanted to get him/her fired it was always the nuclear option.
The day he got a promotion to director 3 senior managers that would work under him immediately handed their resignation.
These types love to climb over the bodies, for some reason corporate loves thes types.
Peruvian Necktiez -HillboFrateTrane -Record all interactions.
get her to threaten or physically attack you and then say you fear for your life from retaliation
Lol this is terrible advise for so many reasons specially if OP is looking to move up in the company.
There is no need for violence or breaking arms Lolol a simple record of discussion followed by a verbal and a written will do.
You don’t retaliate lol. Bulletproof. You’re the objective victim even if you’re 6’5 350 and she’s 4’11 95 lbs.
treyes7123 -New hire turned out being the most dramatic, gossiping, sabotaging, lying, person I have ever met in my life. One day she is happy and your best friend, next day she is throwing you under the bus. In two months she has reported 4 people to corporate security for BS, got half our team upset with each other, one ended up leaving. I've been accused of yelling at her and slamming doors to where she felt scared to be alone with me. All our office doors have those hydraulic arms that make it so doors can't be slammed lol.
Can't kick her ass, how the fuq do you deal with these people? Feel like our supervisor is going to can her, but he is scared to pull the trigger.
You are describing every female in a management position.
1000% i worked w a nut job looney mfer. He owned the company. He runs his organization like a cult and his entire family hates him. Way too much to go into. Legit most nutty mfer I've ever met.
I had one almost like OP is saying. She almost destroyed the buisness. She killed morale that much.
Figure out a way to cut her ASAP.
tourist - I've worked in an environment with lots of women, so yes.
Get a real job. If you work with woman... take a look in the mirror. There's obviously a reason you work with woman haha

Thanks for sharing! Yes, I agree, corporations are filled with pshychopaths who tend to be aggressive climbers who don't mind hurting others and lack any empathy. In fact many leadership roles are filled with people with psyhopathic traits and complete psychopaths. I have worked with a couple. I read one article which even said that some school principals have psychopaths among them and people with psychopatic tendences because they go after leadership positions more often than not. But their are plenty of behind-the-scenes non-leasers who are sociopaths/psychopaths that destroy the cultures of the places of work and then move on.
