Evolution Muay Thai NYC?

Anyone know anything about this place? I'm doing an internship in the city and can't make it to my regular gym for classes in time, so I'm thinking about going here. Phil Nurse's place and Renzo Gracie's are way too expensive for me. I went in here today and the head trainer seems pretty good. I was a little taken aback at the fact that they don't even have a ring, though.

Any thoughts or comments?

screw them. they won't let me train there because i believe in Creation.

They used to be at Fighthouse, but the guy recently moved to an independent space. They haven't been open long in the new location.

Is it really that much cheaper than the Wat/etc.?

$45 cheaper than the Wat, $50 cheaper than Renzo's. I'm a college student with no money so that little bit is actually important to me.

Check out Roninathletics

Very good Muay Thai instruction, I forget the BJJ instructor's name (senility I guess) but he is also well thought of guy (when name comes to me). Good for them they got out of fighthouse and got their own place. BTW, anyone know what happened to fighthouse??????????????

If it's the same guy at Fighthouse it's prety good instruction.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna go do a trial class tomorrow.
