Nick Diaz - lost to Parisyan, Sanchez, and Riggs

David "Soul Assassin" Terrell - rumored to sign with EXC.

Robbie Lawler - left after lossing to Diaz & Tanner

Phil Baroni - lost in the UFC too many times, so they let him go, and he signed with PRIDE FC and did ok for a bit. Now when UFC bought out PRIDE FC. Dana White said on mmaweeklyradio that "if he KO's Frank Shamrock, i'll bring him back to the UFC." he is with EXC/ICON Sport now.

Paul Buentello - Left UFC, cuz StrikeForce offered him more money after his contract was up.

Like most things on here, only partially true. Their #1 draw right now is a guy I'm sure Dana is kicking himself for passing on, though he'll never admit it.

Although I'm sure Dana regrets passing on Kimbo I do not.

How is Frank Shamrock a UFC reject? The guy was undefeated in the UFC and left as a champion. You really think Dana wouldn't love to have him in the UFC middleweight division?st don't get along.

Ya I don't either, but Gary Shaw has to be given at least a little credit for seeing the potential there.

paul buentello was 5-1 in the ufc(only lost was to aa) and nick diaz left the ufc after winning 2 straight fights,terrell has a 2-1 record in the ufc.

Frank is a prick and I dont like him,but he was the original Fedor.By that,I mean he doesnt just accept any deal and only fights on his own terms.

I wouldn't call any of them "UFC rejects". They're all great fighters in their own right. Lawler's a clear top five MW at this point especially, and Terrell on his day can beat anyone.

I'm not wasting my time with your list, but Diaz was rejected by Fester
and wasted no time in destroying the number 1 guy on most top ten
lists. Real bright.

And Frank Shamrock is the ANTI-Zuffa.

EliteXC is doing just fine with talent. I like both organizations because they each have a different feel. Gary Shaw is creepy, but he's much more amenable to all the media.

Dana White only sucks up to mainstream media.
