Working on the changes to Hybrid Fitness right now. In the very near future it will be up and running as a totally free web-site. Lots of cool features such as articles, workouts, videos, pod-casts, recipes,. You will also be able to access the Video Program builder and create workouts which can be e-mailed or down-loaded to an I-pod / I-pad etc.
