I have a friend who's boyfriend brews his own beer. She was extremely quick to snub her nose at the popular domestic beers when the topic came up the other day. I wanted to quit that if her boyfriend' shitty craft beer was so good, Budweiser wouldn't be in the cooler at every gas station, corner store and market in the country. They are mostly there because of marketing and other superior business practices, along with historical events like Prohibition leading to a destruction of most competition. With that said, beer snobs can be annoying at times. I like a lot of craft beer, but I say drink whatever you like to drink.

Ignore the dumb broad. Snobs of any ilk are obnoxious. Beer snobs need to shit on other people's choices is much greater than their ability to judge whether or not a craft beer is as good as they've been told or read online.
Lots of homebrew sucks. Lots of commercial craft beer sucks as well. And the majority of macrobrew isn't nearly as horrible as snobs make it out to be, it's just bland and inoffensive. That's the reason why it's so widely available.
Most craft brewers don't care if they aren't everywhere.
And they don't want to be the next bud or coors.
