Explosive lifting combinations?

like power clean into a front squat. what are some other good ones?

cable curls into good mornings

Thrusters - front squat/push press.

Speed squats

Speed bench

Jump squats

Sandbag overhead throws

Medicine ball throws

power clean into push press; can also add push press to back squat back to push press and then restart with power clean and repeat.

the most likely combination is a speed squat followed immediately by a torn ACL or a slipped disc.

Where did you get the slipped disc and torn ac idea?

Because if you've seen this happen I wish you had gotten it on tape because it'd be fun to see someone fucking up a speed squat that bad.

But I will add that a speed squat and speed bench aren't necessarily explosive movements but it is believed that they aid in training explosiveness to a degree.

you can do almost any excercise explosively.
