I have a few questions on swelling of the eye area
from headbuts or strikes.
I received a few headbutts from wrestling which has
cause my eye to swell shut the first time and
apparently every time after that area is more
sensitive to swelling once it gets tapped. Why is
this?
Also when it is healed completely I now look like I
have a droopy eye now on the right side. The brow
bone of my right eye now droops over and lower than my
left eye. Why is this? Will it ever go back to
before?
It seems as though when I trace my fingers I find that
the bone (orbital?) of the right socket falls lower
than the left. Is this a calcium deposit? Why do
calcium deposits form?
I have seen old boxers whose brow bones are
permanently swollen. Is this what is happening to me?
What causes this side effect medically speaking? ANY
information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance.
