Ezekiel Bread

I mainly get my carbs from Yams and fruits, anyone eat this stuff. I think I heard someone on here once mention it.

if so, do tell.

Best when toasted. Phone Post

Protein, low GI and some people feel like they just have to have bread. If you like it then have at it, I think it tastes like cardboard. :D

i think it's pointless. doesn't have much taste, if you get the sprouted one then you're getting some good nutrients but i personally dislike bread (wheat moreso than anything else) so I personally stay away from it

I'm like you, carbs from fruits, tubers and green leafy veggies (fiberous)  is where it's at

PBJ is the staff of life, and ezekiel is the best bread to eat it on.

Its the best store bought bread in terms of health. It tastes like shit. There are some other sprouted grain breads that are better, HEB has them if you live in TX. Im working on sprouting and grinding my own grains for bread currently.

Ham n Egger. any time I actually do have bread it's usually from my own sprouts. it doesn't taste that long and is pretty tasty...I use it for burger/veggue burger nights with the girlfriend and the family

Awesome. From what I've read there's no comparison between the nutrition between doing it yourself ad using store bought flour, much less ready made bread. The taste difference alone is probably worth the effort. Phone Post

it definitely is and it's not much effort. Just put on some music or the Joe Rogan Experience and kick it in the kitchen haha

love it, good fiber/protein. I don't usually eat bread, but when I do it's ezekiel.
