Any results from the Fall Classic today?
100kg
Rhadi Ferguson
Adler Volmar
Micah Bellamy
Man, I was getting called for matte in the middle of pins in the middle of chokes and in the middle of armbars. It almost made me scream. The competition went well. Adler Volmar is a formidable competitor. We went to Golden score because I got a penalty for "crossfacing" him to hard in the last 30 seconds of the match. :-) I was glad to have the opportunity to fight those two guys in the tournament. It was fun. That was my last one as an elite judo player. I'm submitting my retirement letter at the US Open.
Now, Jhooooooooooooooojhitzzuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!! :-)
Way to go Machine!
Hey, what about bjj and submissions? Are you still competing in them?

Yes, BJJ and Submission wrestling from here on out. I may fight in the Int'l Exhibition divisions because Judo will still be part of my training regimen because its the best on the mat conditioning in my opinion.
Potent.
Rhadi, aren't you going to try for 2008 in Beijing????
Rhadi Ferguson has left the building!! :-) Only to return in the capacity of a "has been/used to be" :-)
I may compete in the exhibition division at Nationals and stuff like that but from here on out (for a little while) it's BJJ and sub wrestling.

Rhadi,
Good to hear from you. I saw that you won the Classic. Congratulations. I'll give you a call soon.
"So in other words Rhadi, you're saying that your plan is to beef up your newaza, and then come Olympic time (2007'ish) switch to Judo?"
That wouldn't make much sense.
Hey Famliman, I see Josh did well. Hope he keeps at it.
'Hey Famliman, I see Josh did well. Hope he keeps at it.'
Yes he did well, I haven't talked to him yet. I was unable to attend as I've been very busy with my family. I should see him this evening at the dojo.
He's one to look out for.
Also another forumn brother placed 3rd in the Ladder Shiai.
'Judok@'
Good job AG!!!.
Thanks Fam, started out strong first two matches, but didn't have enough judo juice. Gotta train more honestly and am looking forward to it too.
AG
Judok@,
Adam you've come a long long way.......you can easily be in the top 3 in this country if you trained on a regular basis. I've seen you play, and I've seen others in your division. So I'm not saying it to say it.
I'll give you a call soon. Is your number the same?
Hey, if Dave Camarillo comes back - I'll comeback :-)
How about that?
you can call at 4042102789. Its better as this is my work cell phone and i use it more often.
Thanks for your kind words.
Adam
ttt for guerilla and another shot...
