I just wanted to drop a plug for the Straight Blast Gym team. I ordered Matts Fuctional JKD series as well as the Singer hardcore training series, it didn't come in the manner in which I ordered it, then I emailed Matt, and he responded within the hour and I received a call from Mike who gave me a satisfactory explanation about advanced orders and production delays. Then, a few days later my prized DVDs arrived. I am soooo stoked. This were my Christmas presents from my wife, I immediately opened and watched all four discs, and the curriculum is fantastic! I plan on dropping by SBG in Portland later this summer when I will be there on business. This is a fantastic series and a great company! Thanks Matt, Mike!!!!

It's nice that we have only one person now that customers deal with, Mike. As opposed to the old, large company Allied Vaughn. I know he will always do what he can to make sure everyone gets the best customer service possible.
