What are the methods used to farm ducks and geese?
Is it difficult compared to farming pigs and chickens(which I believe is easy)?

They are really easy to raise. Feed, water and a little swim splash around area. Some of them you need to crop their wings or they will split if free range.
Mine wonder around the grounds and shit everywhere. They return on their own at the end of the day to pens.
They also make good guards. Noisey as hell when a guest arrives.
