Who has gotten a title shot the fastest in the UFC when their name was made in the UFC only? i.e they weren't a big name or champ in another big org, champ in Japan.
They are only recognized by most MMA fans from their UFC rights ? 
Anderson Silva? He wasn't a superstar in PRIDE and came to the UFC from Cage Rage.

not a "superstar" at the time. But his "name" wasn't made in the UFC. He had 19 fights at that point of his career and against some pretty good names

That's because there was a guy named Rich Franklin who cleaned out the division and didn't have anyone to fight at the time.

Justin Eilers got a title shot after being 1-1 in the UFC. There were some issues there with other fighters not being able to take the fight though. A lot of the heavyweight defenses around that time weren't great, Pride had all the best heavyweights.
Elvis Sinosic, he spent less than 3 minutes in the cage and his next fight was against Tito.
But for more recent times, Carwin got an interim title shot after three wins, and a heavyweight title shot at 4. Dan Hardy also got his after 4 wins.

What does this have to do with earning it? He just asked who got the fastest title shot in the UFC with no name pre-UFC. That would be Cain. Who built his name under Zuffa and earned the title in 9 fights total. Very Weidman-esque.
Igor Zinoviev, John Lober, Jorge Patino, André Pederneiras, John Alessio, Hayato Sakurai, Gil Castillo, Caol Uno & Frank Shamrock all debuted in title bouts.
