I’m doing the 16/8 fasting, after my last meal of the day whenever that may be I then start the 16 hours of fasting, is that ok? Times are always different, like last night it was 9:30pm so I won’t eat until 1:30pm today will it still work? I like it so far just not sure if this is a big deal. Thanks.
that’s the way you want to do it IMO.
I figure 16 hours is 16 hours so I hope it works.
16/8 doesn’t do a whole heck of a lot, regardless, so it won’t matter much if you shift around a little.
That said, general rule is you want to make your windows consistent, otherwise mission creep gets in the way eventually.

16/8 works but you should try and make your 16 hours happen at the same time every day.
If your body is not busy sending out hunger signals, then there’s a great fasting option on keto/if you’re fat adapted.
Simply do a dedicated fasting day with no food whatsoever. Because you’re in ketosis, your body doesn’t mind, he should have enough fat to keep you going (assuming you aren’t anorexic). The elevated stress hormones should easily keep you fresh and concentrated.
Avoid a stressful schedule and don’t pig out on the next day, though.
