Fatass/Skinny 5/30

Guess I'm first again this week.

Still stalled at 180. I did have a good week. Up'd my calories a bit... hit 160 g pro a couple days.

But at this rate I'm only losing half a pound a week. Not giving up though.

I only worked out twice this week. Gonna fix that real good.

So for the entire month I've only dropped 5 lbs.... Will be happy if I can do 5 more throughout June.

How's everyone else doing?

Well, I was at 192 on Friday, but a weekend of drinking and eating nachos has put me back to 195. The hard training I plan on doing this coming week should fix all that - hope to make 192 consistently by the end of the week. At that weight, my stomach started to look ripped for the first time in years!!!

Skinny 175# bastard checking in ... lost 3# this week, from the 178# high, even while I maintained the eat a lot of everything diet, same strength exercises, etc.


The main difference was I averaged 5-6 hours sleep instead of the recommended 8 hours ... damn work. I expect to see a weight gain spike due to the massive amounts of meat and beer during this long week end.


So far, I've gained 5# since the challenge started, 15# short of the target :-( The huge consolation is I now have the strength to back up my cardio :-) And it's always nice to have that as a back-up for Judo/BJJ technique!

237 here. i think that's the same as last week, but i feel good about how its going

this weekend wasn't as bad as i expected for eating and drinking. I still was able to sneak in a couple healthy meals

I actually lost 2 pounds like I was supposed to, but I was a pound behind from last week. so I'm still doing well.

My workouts were strong this week. My diet is still a little shakey. I love the carbs to much.

I eased off on the Bas workouts because my right shoulder is sore. I took the first part of the week off from Bas and my shoulder felt much better.

So....

- 3 Tabatas this week. I finished Phase 1.

- 1 Bas workout.

- 3 rolling sessions.

- 1 Wrestling workout.

- My first Scrapper workout. - Ow!! That actually messed me up for the next three days.

- 3 strectching sessions.

Next week I am doing the same workouts except I'm going to add 2 Scrapper workouts and a couple more stretching sessions.

I am digging out the exercise bike to have something else to do when I do the Tabata.

Jonwell, did you ever publish that data online? I would be ineterested in taking a look at it.

lol, I haven't signed in in forever, better do so.

195 last time I checked, so a pound total lost over two weeks.

Man, the participation has really dropped the last couple weeks.

i know... I'm kinda sad :(

My eating habits are starting to slide.... nothing horrible but I have to tighten things back up. Probably still be 180 this sunday as well. :(

Workouts have dropped as well due to some road trips at work.
