FDIC Preparing For "Tidal Wave" Of Bank Closings

FDIC Opens A Massive New Office Near Chicago Just To Handle The Coming Tidal Wave Of Midwest Bank Closings They Are Expecting

Is the Midwest about to see a massive wave of bank closings? That is apparently what the FDIC is expecting. The FDIC is opening up a massive new satellite office in the Chicago area that will be dedicated to managing receiverships and liquidating assets from failed Midwest banks. This new facility will occupy 7 floors in an 11 floor building. The office space that the FDIC is leasing is well over 100,000 square feet and will employ approximately 500 temporary employees and contractors. This is a huge expenditure by the FDIC. So will there really be so many bank failures over the next couple of years in the Midwest that a 100,000 square foot facility is required to deal with it?

Apparently someone at the FDIC thinks so.

But this is not the first time the FDIC has done something like this.

The FDIC has already opened similar offices in Irvine, California and Jacksonville, Florida. Each time, the number of bank failures in those states increased dramatically after the FDIC opened those facilities.

So what is going to cause such a massive wave of bank failures that the FDIC will need hundreds of new employees just to deal with it?

Well, as we have reported previously, the financial powers in the U.S. are now moving to reduce the money supply, hoard cash and tighten credit. All of those things cause a slowdown in economic growth.

At the same time, a gigantic "second wave" of adjustable mortgages is scheduled to reset starting this year. This could push the U.S. economy into "part 2" of the housing crisis. Just check out the chart below....

In fact, one new study has been released that estimates that 5 million houses and condominiums on which mortgages are now delinquent will go through foreclosure and be put on the market within the next few years.

Another devastating housing crisis would absolutely destroy the vast majority of small to mid-size banks in the United States. In such a scenario, the FDIC would definitely be able to make use of the new facilities that they are opening up around the United States.

There are even rumors that the big bankers do not intend for most small and mid-size bankers to survive the coming crisis. There are whispers that the big bankers see all of this economic turmoil as a great opportunity to "consolidate" the banking industry.

So what should you and your family do to get prepared? Get out of debt and get rid of any unnecessary expenses. Try to start developing alternate streams of income and come up with a plan for what you will do if you lose your job.

The reality is that hard times are coming and a lot of people are going to lose their homes and their jobs. Don't just blindly trust "the system" - now is the time to make sure that you and your family will be prepared even if a total economic collapse happens.

"the financial powers in the U.S. are now moving to reduce the money supply, hoard cash and tighten credit."

"big bankers do not intend for most small and mid-size bankers to survive the coming crisis. There are whispers that the big bankers see all of this economic turmoil as a great opportunity to "consolidate" the banking industry."

Remind anyone of the great depression?? They got the federal reserve in control with that one...With this one, they get the North American Union.

P.s: The FDIC is actually one of the tools being used to destroy these banks. It is all by design. It isn't an insurance fund. It is actually a tax. This is the government, destroying small banks. In order to consolidate control of the financial system. Just like the great depression. When you are going to revamp an entire financial system, you have to seize control of it first.

So know this...When you lose your job. When you lose your home. When you lose your life savings and your retirement funds. When you are struggling to feed your family. It is because your government is destroying your economy.

This isn't accidental. This isn't some natural phenomenon. This isn't a biblical prophecy. This isn't the end of the world. This is an engineered total collapse of an economic system so that a new system can be put in place. That's what this is.

And this is also the reason for all this increased spying on the population. All these increased rules and regulations and invasions of your privacy. The reason that the police are training around the clock to put down protests. The reason that they are making it almost impossible to fly, so that you can't leave the country etc etc...

It's because you...Might try to stop them if you happen to figure it all out.

They gave us 9-11, so they had the reason necessary to lock us down and to create this atmosphere of fear we are in. They gave us the wars. So they could seize that oil, keep our attention distracted and drain the economy further. They gave us fear of fictional terrorists, so that we would beg them to take our rights to protect us. And now they are destroying the economy and we will beg them to fix it.

So they will come to our rescue with a whole new economic system. And we will thank them for saving us. Even though, they are the ones responsible for all this shit.

your source is blacklisted news? Are you fucking serious?

Hmmm...Yeah, the trolls will probably attack this thread. Here's some preemptive troll retardant.

Here is what they will do
Trolls use a wide variety of strategies, some of which are unique to the internet, here are just a few:

1) Make outrageous comments designed to distract or frustrate: An Alinsky tactic used to make people emotional, although less effective because of the impersonal nature of the web.

2) Pose as a supporter of the truth, then make comments that discredit the movement: We have seen this even on our own forums -- trolls pose as supporters of the Liberty Movement, then post long, incoherent diatribes so as to appear either racist or insane. Here is a live example of this tactic in use on Yahoo! Answers.

The key to this tactic is to make references to common Liberty Movement arguments while at the same time babbling nonsense, so as to make those otherwise valid arguments seem ludicrous by association.

In extreme cases, these "Trojan Horse Trolls" have been known to make posts which incite violence -- a technique obviously intended to solidify the false assertions of the notorious MIAC report and other ADL/SPLC publications which purport that constitutionalists should be feared as potential domestic terrorists.

3) Dominate Discussions: Trolls often interject themselves into productive web discussions in order to throw them off course and frustrate the people involved.

4) Prewritten Responses: Many trolls are supplied with a list or database with pre-planned talking points designed as generalized and deceptive responses to honest arguments. 9/11 "debunker" trolls are notorious for this.

5) False Association: This works hand in hand with item #2, by invoking the stereotypes established by the "Trojan Horse Troll."

For example: calling those against the Federal Reserve "conspiracy theorists" or "lunatics". Deliberately associating anti-globalist movements with big foot or alien enthusiasts, because of the inherent negative connotations. Using false associations to provoke biases and dissuade people from examining the evidence objectively.

6) False Moderation: Pretending to be the "voice of reason" in an argument with obvious and defined sides in an attempt to move people away from what is clearly true into a "grey area" where the truth becomes "relative."

7) Straw Man Arguments: A very common technique. The troll will accuse his opposition of subscribing to a certain point of view, even if he does not, and then attacks that point of view. Or, the troll will put words in the mouth of his opposition, and then rebut those specific words. For example: "9/11 truthers say that no planes hit the WTC towers, and that it was all just computer animation. What are they, crazy?"

Sometimes, these strategies are used by average people with serious personality issues. However, if you see someone using these tactics often, or using many of them at the same time, you may be dealing with a paid internet troll.

EvilMaster is a strange fellow

Hey it's one of the new troll accounts. Still working on getting that post count up I see...Don't worry though, you are already on my new list. You and about a dozen other new accounts. I am watching you.

EvilMaster - Their story is taken from articles from the Chicago tribune and the wall street journal.

yeah, um, actually, only two of the links sourced are to the Chicago tribune, one to the WSJ, and the rest are to economic collapse blogs, and other "reputable" sources.

So what do you dispute??

Like...Is it all bullshit in your opinion?? Is the FDIC not opening that office in your opinion??...What do you dispute???

Come on...You can think of something can't you?

Well, I guess you don't dispute anything then. Thanks for coming out.

EvilMaster - So what do you dispute??

Disputed. As for me not replying, it's called I was watching a movie on television.

So you dispute the article by copying a part of it without saying anything to contradict it. Interesting technique, I'm not sure how to handle this one.

Silly Chocolate.  Don't you know that you must be refreshing threads every 10 seconds because any delay in responding is a tacit surrender of the argument?! How long have you been on the internets?? Duh!!

Oh, and since EvilTucker can't see this post, here's a little background for those that may not be familiar with his schtick:

"1st quarter or early 2nd quarter 2009. The U.S economy will collapse. Shortly there after, martial law will be declared and the military will start disarming Americans while squashing protests. Like I have been warning you people for the last year. I wasn't kidding back then and I am not kidding now.
Are you prepared? "
