Not every country has P90X commercials and not every person goes home and turns the TV on a soon as they enter the house.

^ i wish my body would adapt. i am not consistent with it (perhaps the biggest problem), however everytime I do a workout...i'm dying by the end.
If he did p90x and insanity for 45 minutes a day he would be a loser because he wouldn't even be doing it correctly!
