Bonus for fight of the night. 65-75K.
Alex Smith decent QB takes the 49ers to the playoffs. One million dollar bonus.
Hey I'm not saying Zuffa needs to be paying these guys like any of the major sports leagues but the gap is ridiculous.
As is the gap in their revenue moran.
Post the rest of the team's bonuses so we can make a better comparison.
how are your math skills buddy?
65K versus one million.
you think it's fair alex smith's bonus is 15000% higher than a guy that won fotn or kotn etc??

i'm not saying it's the same. i am saying a 15000% difference is crazy.
Why is it crazy? Do you have comparable revenue and expense figures in order to formulate any substance to your claims?
How about any insight into each entity's cost structure?
Anything at all, or are you just trying to troll?

it's a general statement where the idea of a good ufc bonus is $65K. a good nfl bonus is a million dollars. obviously there is more money in the nfl but 15000% bigger than the ufc? no way. 5- 10% revenues vs. 50%.

Well look at it this way. A fighter can earn ko otn in 12 seconds. Alex smith has to earn that 1mil bonus over 5 months.
A playoff bonus also involves tv money. Now that the game is in San Fran next week, they get to dropout plus food, drink and merch. Smith earned the team a lot of money. Also the NFL doesn't pay his salary, his team does.
I meant sellout, not fucking drop out.
OP must work for ESPN.
Stupid post sorry.
Alex Smith has been training his whole life for that moment. He's not some local tough guy that has 2 years in the gym and works 3 nights out of the year.
Stop saying 15000%. Your math is wrong.
LMAO @ the math
Are they spraying pesticide over your house op?
In what fucking world does 1 million = 15000% more than 75 thousand?
GriffinQ - In what fucking world does 1 million = 15000% more than 75 thousand?
