If fight pass is a digital network why doesn't zuffa run it like a network? They could make deals with wsof, rfa, Titan, ONEFC, invicta, m1 to distribute their digital property...

Zuffa could take over what hdnet is doing. The problem is if you're going to produce more content especially live events, might as well slap the UFC logo on it, sell alot more tickets while also developing something you can sell fox and other TV partners in the local area.
so instead of sending out a production crew to capture 20 rfa, invicat, titan, etc.. events a year might as well set up a dozen or more UFC events, sign the talent away from those orgs and hit markets you can bolster your global TV deals with.
HDNET and all these little orgs are working for the UFC right now... no point in replacing them.
Yea but if you have say wsof with their NBC deal that is added exposer for the sport and ufc. Same goes for Titan and CBS.
Dana has always said he would like to see the ufc on multiple networks and this might be the way to achieve that.
If they can buy controlling interest in Titan and wsof they will have deals in place with FOX, NBC and CBS. once the fox deal is over the ufc could absorb them and have a multi fight network deal...
