Fighter conditioning in Melb

Hi guys and gals,

I'm looking to start a few fighter-only strength and conditioning sessions each week in Melbourne. Focus will be on all aspects of fitness but with emphasis on stamina, power endurance, strength & mental fortitude. These will not involve fighting technique training.

Sessions will be open to athletes of all levels.
